We’re adapting how we operate to make sure we keep everyone safe while they shop with Bunnings. When your order is ready to collect, we will organise a convenient time for a contactless pick-up. Simply drive to your local store and we will load your products into your car for you.

High volume of Shop Online orders

Due to a high volume of online orders as a result of COVID-19, we are currently experiencing delays in fulfilment of Drive and Collect orders. This may vary by store, with some experiencing longer delays than others. Our team are doing their best to process orders as quickly as possible and we really appreciate your patience. 

If an item is unavailable, we may substitute it for a similar item of equal or higher value at no extra cost. If there is no suitable substitute for your item, we will refund you. Please note, it may take up to 5 days to process a refund. Please check your emails and order notifications for up to date information on your order.

  • Which products can I buy online?

    A wide range of products are available to buy online, including lighting, sheds, bathroom, kitchen and plants. To find products that can be bought online, use the 'Order Online' filter on search results pages and product listing pages.

  • Why aren’t all products available to buy online?

    Not all products we stock in-store are available to purchase online - this may be due to size, delivery or because it is a custom-made product. These products can be purchased in-store. If you need help to get a product home or to site, just ask a team member at your local store who will help to organise delivery. In many of our stores we also offer trailers or vehicle hire to help you get big and bulky items home.

  • Can I return products I have bought online to my local Bunnings?

    You can return an item to your local Bunnings store if you've received a damaged/faulty product, or if you've changed your mind. Please refer to our returns policy.

  • How do I find out about delivery costs and times?

    To find out if a product can be delivered to your area, enter your postcode on the product page for delivery details. For more information, check out the ‘Orders & Delivery’ tab below.
